First: Definitions

Second: Limits of Application Use
The application provides its services solely as an auxiliary tool, and shall not under any circumstances be considered a substitute for the final medical decision made by the competent physician.
All outputs generated by the application shall not be deemed binding medical diagnoses, but rather indicative guidelines that must be reviewed by the physician or user before relying on them.
The user acknowledges that the application does not practice medicine and does not establish a "doctor-patient" relationship within the legal meaning under Egyptian or international laws.

Third: Legal Disclaimer
The application, its operators, or the owning company shall bear no liability for any medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic decisions taken based on the use of the application.
Full responsibility rests with the physician or user who chooses to rely on the outputs.
The user releases the application from any compensation claims or criminal liability arising from its use or reliance on it, in accordance with the provisions of the Egyptian Civil Code (Law No. 131 of 1948) and the Egyptian Penal Code (Law No. 58 of 1937).
The application relies on artificial intelligence technologies, which may produce inaccurate or incomplete results.
The user bears full responsibility for verifying the accuracy of data before use.

Fourth: User Obligations
The user shall comply with the provisions of Egyptian Law No. 415 of 1954 regarding the practice of medicine, with the acknowledgment that the application is not licensed to practice medicine.
The user acknowledges that the application is committed to the recommendations issued by the World Health Organization (WHO) and UNESCO regarding the use of artificial intelligence in the medical field.
The user acknowledges that they are solely responsible for entering accurate and correct medical data, and for any subsequent use of the outputs.
The user undertakes not to use the application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Egyptian laws or international laws.
The user acknowledges that their decision to download or use the application constitutes full and final acceptance of these instructions without restriction or condition.

Fifth: Force Majeure
The application or the owning company shall not bear any responsibility for service interruption, technical failures, or data leakage resulting from force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or internet service outages, in accordance with the general rules of the Egyptian Civil Code (Articles 165–168).

Sixth: Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the Economic Courts of Cairo to settle any disputes arising from or related to the use of the application.

Seventh: Consent
By using the "Doctor Assistant" application, you expressly acknowledge and agree to all the above-mentioned instructions, terms, and conditions, and release the application and its operators from any legal liability of any kind or degree.
