Service Duration Policy

Access to Doctor Assistant's medical tools and AI services is granted instantly after successful payment confirmation. The subscription remains active for the chosen period (monthly, quarterly, or annually).

Users will receive email notifications before subscription renewal. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the renewal date to prevent automatic billing for the next period. For assistance with subscription management, please contact our support team at mostafa.afifi1975@gmail.com.

Subscription Activation

• Immediate Access: Upon successful payment processing, your subscription is activated immediately, and you will have full access to all features included in your subscription plan.
• Confirmation Email: A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing your subscription details, including the start date and renewal date.

Subscription Periods

• Monthly Plan: 30-day access from the date of activation. Renews automatically every 30 days until cancelled.
• Quarterly Plan: 90-day access from the date of activation. Renews automatically every 90 days until cancelled.
• Annual Plan: 365-day access from the date of activation. Renews automatically every 365 days until cancelled.

Renewal Process

• Renewal Notifications: We will send email reminders 7 days and 2 days before your subscription is set to renew.
• Automatic Billing: Your payment method on file will be automatically charged on the renewal date unless you cancel your subscription.
• Renewal Confirmation: A receipt will be sent to your email address after each successful renewal.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
• Service Access After Cancellation: You will continue to have access to Doctor Assistant until the end of your current billing period, even after cancelling your subscription.
• Reactivation: You can reactivate your subscription at any time, but any unused portion of a previous subscription period will not be credited.
