Refund & Exchange Policy

All subscription payments made through Doctor Assistant are non-refundable once the service is activated. Refunds are only applicable in cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors verified by our support team.

The application is exclusively for subscribed physicians, and subscriptions cannot be refunded after account activation or service use commencement. For billing inquiries, please contact our support team at mostafa.afifi1975@gmail.com.

Refund Eligibility

  • Duplicate Transactions: If our system has charged you multiple times for the same subscription period, the duplicate charges will be refunded in full.
  • Technical Errors: If a technical error prevented you from accessing the service after payment, a refund may be issued after verification by our technical team.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • After Service Activation: Once you have accessed the Doctor Assistant platform, the subscription is considered activated and is non-refundable.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not issued if you simply change your mind about using the service.
  • Underutilization: Not using the service to its full capacity or frequency does not qualify for a refund.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent automatic renewal for the next billing cycle. Cancellation must be completed at least 48 hours before the renewal date. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current subscription period.
